For now, everything is business as usual until the member vote. With a positive vote, our legal merge will happen on July 1, 2024. Simply put, “legal merge” means Centra Credit Union will adopt the charter for Hoosier Hills Credit Union, the name of the combined organization will change to Centra Credit Union, and both organizations will be combined into a single entity.
Initially business will seem relatively unchanged as our organizations work together to thoughtfully integrate our two credit unions in a manner that minimizes any disruption to you. Rest assured, we will strive to keep you well-informed and confident about your accounts and will keep you updated throughout this entire process. Please login to digital banking, visit your nearest Service Center, or give us a call to verify your contact information. This will help ensure you receive all communications, and the integration process is as seamless as possible. Watch your email and keep an eye on this website for updates.
