An Update from Our President/CEO
Banking During Stay at Home Order
With most banking being now done electronically due to the COVID-19 virus, we’ve put together this easy chart to help you find what you need for safe banking.
Member Relief Options Available
Hoosier Hills Credit Union is committed to working individually with our members who may be experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the economic and health environment. We have compiled several options to help provide relief to members. Click below to learn more about what options may be available for your situation.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800.865.2612 to discuss any concerns.
CARES Act Loans for Businesses
We are committed to helping our commercial members with loans authorized through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
The $350 billion in federal funding for SBA PPP loans has been depleted, therefore applications can no longer be approved. If your business would still like to apply, we will keep your application on hold in the order received in the event additional funding is approved by the federal government.
Visit our CARES Act Loan page for information, qualifications and the PPP application form.
Drive-Ups and Call Center Remain Open
All Hoosier Hills Service Centers are currently operating as Drive-Up locations only to help contain and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, as well as to protect our community members’ and employees’ health. No date has been set for normal operations to resume, but continued close monitoring of information from the Centers for Disease Control, as well as the Indiana State Department of Health and other governmental offices, will help determine when conditions are deemed safe.

While all HHCU Service Center lobbies will be closed, our Drive-Up services and our Call Center will be open during normal business hours. Member’s are urged to utilize electronic and remote services including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Teller, ATMs and Dropboxes will remain in operation. Debit and credit cards will continue to work as well.
This will allow you to access your account 24/7 and get cash, check balances, transfer money, make a payment, pay bills, deposit checks, apply for a loan, find an ATM, set budgets, and more. New accounts may also be opened through the Drive-Up.
Our Annex facilities in Bedford and Paoli will also be closed to public access, as will the Hoosier Hills Insurance Agency. Members who need in-person Mortgage, Commercial, Investment, Insurance or Safe Deposit Box services should contact the HHCU Call Center at 800.865.2612 to make an appointment.
To help keep everyone healthier, we ask that you please do not visit our Drive-Up or make an appointment to see a representative if you are sick, have been exposed to those who are sick, or may have COVID-19.
