Is there any action required to use the new platform?



Yes. It is important that you ensure your email address and phone number are correct to enable you to log into the new system. You can do that now with the “Settings” feature of either Online or Mobile Banking. Android users will need to install a new app from the Google Play Store. For those using Apple devices, your update will be automatic, as long as you have automatic updates enabled.

IMPORTANT FRAUD ALERT

Beware of Fraudulent Calls and Texts!

Fraudsters are impersonating HHCU and other financial institutions claiming there are fraudulent charges on your account.  The calls may appear on Caller ID to come from HHCU, but they are not from us.  For your financial security, NEVER give out your card PIN, passwords, or verification codes.  If you receive a call, hang up and call us directly.  A legitimate text from HHCU will never include a link, nor will there be no follow up call.
