There are many items referred to as closing cost. At HHCU we charge a Mortgage Origination fee of $995.00, plus third part fees needed to complete your loan. For example, but not limited to, title work fee, appraisal fee, taxes, homeowner insurance. After completing application, you will be provided with a Loan Estimate with a breakdown of cost.
In observance of the federal holidays, all Hoosier Hills Credit Union Service Centers and Contact Center will be closed on Monday, October 14th.
Our Service Centers and Contact Center will reopen on Tuesday, October 15th with regular business hours.
Though our physical doors will be closed, our virtual doors are open 24/7/365, and you will still have access to your accounts through our network of ATMs, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
