CardValet Update

Recent updates to the CardValet app will now require multi-factor authentication using a verified cell phone number and/or email address that matches the cell phone number and/or email address associated with your Member account at HHCU.

In order to enjoy uninterrupted use of the CardValet app, please reach out to our Contact Center by telephone at 800.865.2612 or by stopping into your local Service Center to verify or update the cell phone number and email address for your account.

When is the Member Appreciation Celebration (MAC)?

MAC is taking place Wednesday, November 6 thru Friday, November 8, 2024.

Where is MAC taking place?

The celebrations are happening in the lobbies of our Hoosier Hills Credit Union Service Centers all across our footprint.

What can I expect during MAC?

We will be offering light refreshments, cool t-shirts, and HHCU merchandise in the lobby of your Service Center while supplies last. Plus, you can enter to win one of eight $250 prizes to be given away at each location and online. (Maximum one in-person entry and one online entry per Member, please. Maximum of one prize possible per member.)

How can I enter to win one of the eight $250 prizes?

When will the prize winners be notified?

The lucky winners of the $250 cash prizes will be notified on the Tuesday following our Member Appreciation Celebration Event (Tuesday Nov. 12).
