How Can You Tell if a Call, Text or Email is Fraudulent?

Perhaps no group of people keep better track of current events than those who make their living defrauding others. Whether they disguise their schemes in COVID-19 response or pretend to be your banking partner, knowing what to expect helps keep you and your funds protected from fraud.

We will NOT ask you for the information below and members should not reveal it to those who inquire.

  • Full or complete Social Security number
  • Online/Mobile Banking password
  • PIN number
  • Secure access codes

If you are ever unsure of whether a call, text or email you receive is from Hoosier Hills Credit Union, you are always welcome to call us at our published phone number, 800.865.2612. We exist as a Credit Union to be better for our members and that includes helping to protect you from fraud.

Holiday Closure for Labor Day

In observance of Labor Day, all Hoosier Hills Credit Union Service Centers and Contact Center will be closed on Monday, September 2nd.

Though our physical doors will be closed, our virtual doors are open 24/7/365, and you will still have access to your accounts through our network of ATMsOnline Banking and Mobile Banking.
