Fraudsters are impersonating HHCU and other financial institutions claiming there are fraudulent charges on your account. The calls may appear on Caller ID to come from HHCU, but they are not from us. For your financial security, NEVER give out your card PIN, passwords, or verification codes. If you receive a call, hang up and call us directly. A legitimate text from HHCU will never include a link, nor will there be no follow up call.

To open a membership, please bring the following:

A government-issued photo ID
(Examples include a valid driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport)

Proof of your current address

If your current address is not listed on your ID, please bring one of the following:

Utility bill
Lease or mortgage statement
Bank or credit card statement
Pay stub or official government document dated within the last 30 days

A few things to keep in mind:

Membership must be opened in person at a Service Center.
All applicants must meet eligibility requirements for membership.
